Poznajcie Terezę

Hi! I am Tereza from Slovakia, and I am 19 years old.

I am a new volunteer at Cultural Club Łokietek as a part of IntegrART project vol. 6 funded by the European Union.

After finishing high school I wanted to discover a new part of the world, meet new people and work in the cultural and artistic area. I am very excited to discover Poland and especially Kraków where I am for the first time.

I come from a small city called Žilina so it is a bit of a shock for me to live in such a big city. Since a very young age, I have been traveling, so I like to discover new places and cultures, and I especially enjoy architecture, galleries, and museums. In my free time during school, I got interested in art and it became my safe place. I especially enjoy painting, but I also love embroidery, sewing, and digital art.

For the short period of time, I have been working here at Łokietek I am really enjoying my time and you can most likely meet me at the art classes of Magda – Pani Kredka 🙂 or during events organized by the club. I am also starting my own cycle of workshops under the name „TerezArT” which will be organized here at Cultural Club Łokietek during the year and you can expect to find all the information on the club’s social media. I hope to share my love for art with as many people as I can.

P.S. You can talk to me in English, but since I am from Slovakia and I also know a little bit of other Slavic languages, if you speak very slowly to me in Polish, I can understand you pretty well 😀
